CANCELLATION POLICY

 I understand that things may happen and things may come up however, this cancellation policy is set in stone. Anything under 24 hours will require 75% of the booked service before rebooking. NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS100% OF BOOKED SERVICE MUST BE PAID BEFORE REBOOKING. Once deposit is paid you’re allowed to reschedule ONE time but ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Same day appointments, before hours or after hours will add on a $35 inconvenience fee to your service. If you have to cancel/reschedule your appt., you have up to 24 before your appt time to do so. If you decide to cancel less than 24 hrs until your appt you will be charged 75 % of booking.
